Why AdminDesk SA exists
Most small service businesses don't lose customers because the owner isn't good at the work. They lose them in the admin — enquiries that arrive on WhatsApp and get forgotten, quotes stuck in an inbox, invoices that go out late, follow-ups that never happen because the owner is busy actually doing the job.
AdminDesk SA was built to close that gap. Rather than hiring a full-time administrator, a small business can have a simple system set up and, where needed, the day-to-day handled — so nothing falls through the cracks.
Who runs it
AdminDesk SA is founded and run by Keo Sebetlele. Keo's background is in finance and payroll administration, human resources, and general business administration — the exact areas where small businesses tend to get stuck.
That experience is the heart of AdminDesk: understanding how the paperwork, the follow-ups, and the day-to-day admin of a business actually fit together, and building simple systems that keep it all running without adding complexity.
How we work
Every engagement starts with a free 15-minute triage call to understand where things are getting stuck. From there, you receive a written proposal and invoice showing exactly what's included — you always see the scope and price before you pay anything.
We work with the everyday tools your business already has, rather than imposing expensive new software or long contracts.
What we don't do
We're deliberately focused. AdminDesk SA does not provide payroll processing, tax filing, legal advice, regulated financial advice, full bookkeeping, or 24-hour customer service. Where something falls outside our scope, we'll say so honestly.
